We all start somewhere. Whether it’s with CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting, there’s benefits to single olympic weightlifting classes. With individualized attention to detail, you’ll learn how to move a barbell better to improve your CrossFit workouts or pick up a heavy piece of furniture. We don’t expect you to go home and put your couch overhead, but we do expect you to feel stronger and more confident helping out the world.


What to expect

Class is always instructed and guided by one of our coaches.

  • 5-15 Minute Warm Up

  • 30-40 Minutes of Primary Strength Building for Olympic Power

  • 30-40 Minutes of Practice with the Snatch and Clean

Our main goal of this class is to instruct and teach you the correct technique, form and cues to improve your lifts. In this class you will become more comfortable with the barbell which will help you to translate these skills into the different daily workouts.
