Our CrossFit Group Classes are challenging, rewarding and fun. These Classes offer personal training in a group setting, classes are well organized and are run like a team practice. Group Classes are always lead by a Coach who will guide the class through a group warm up and then a workout.

What To Expect:

  • Professional Coaches will ensure that you always receive proper instruction on how to perform a movement or modify if needed
  • Classes are well organized with a new workout programmed on a daily basis designed to increase strength, power, coordination and speed
  • Classes are an hour long and are fast paced maximizing results
