Description: Partners split work (35,30,25,20,15,10,5 Each) While the other partner is performing the exercise, the other partner is doing jumping jacks.

20 Pullups
10 KB Snatches
*every 3 minutes perform 30 second squat hold. BREAK PARALELL!
