Workout of The Day
For time:

In teams of 2:
200 abmat sit-ups
100 box jumpovers
50 burpee pull-ups
26 DB Clean & Jerks (50/35) 
Rules:
1)While the 1 partner performs, the other rests.
2) If the partner is seen sitting or with their hands on their knees during their rest, partners must stop and perform 3 burpees as a penalty. This is not implicated during the abmat sit-ups.
