10 World’s Greatest Stretches
10 Cat/Cow
10 Air Squats
10 Toe Touches
20 Alternating Torso Twists
Wrist, Elbow, and Arm Circles

Strength: 20-25 Minutes
Thruster
Perform 2-3 warm up sets of 3 reps
Then..
Complete 6 Sets x 3 Reps at a tough weight. 
Rest 2 minutes Between Sets

5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
10 DB Thrusters (40/20)
