Skill: Snatch
-   PVC Pipe Snatches
-   Empty Barbell Snatches
Snatch the follow complex with light weight:
Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Snatch (5 Sets; 90 Seconds)

Muscle Ups:
Today, we’re going to focus on one particular area of the the muscle up and that’s the “pull through.”
