50 Pull-ups (Partner performs bar hang)
50 Push-ups (Partner performs plank hold)
50 sit-ups (Partner performs hollow hold)
50 air squats (Partner performs wall sit)
50 wallballs (Partner performs alt. lunges) (20/14)
50 Burpees (Partner performs supermans)
50 Double unders (Partner performs OH plate hold) (45/25)
