- Find Snatch Grip, Align barbell with your hip crease with a wide grip
- 5 Shrugs
- 5 High Pulls with High Elbows
- 5 Muscle Snatches
- 5 OHS (3 sec hold in bottom)
- 3 High Hang Squat Snatch
- 3 Hang Squat Snatch
- 3 Squat Snatch from Mid-Shin

STRENGTH/SKILL
Squat Snatch @ 60%-65%-70%-72%-75%
