1 Power Clean 115/75
2 Front Squats 115/75
20 Double Unders
2 Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
20 Double Unders
3 Power Cleans
6 Front Squats
20 Double Unders
…and so on.

- Power Cleans Increase by 1 rep for each round completed
- Fronts Squats Increase by 2 reps for each round completed
- Double Unders remain at 20 reps each round
