THIS MONDAY CLASSES WILL BE 9am and 10am. We will be doing "Murph" in honor of Michael Murphy. You can take this on individually in full, in half, with a partner, etc. This workout is more than just doing another workout but about the meaning of sacrifice and selflessness.
