REMINDER:NO CF KIDS CLASS THIS SATURDAY AND NO WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS THIS SUNDAY 5/29. WE WILL BE ON A MODIFIED CLASS SCHEDULE MONDAY MORNING. CLASSES WILL BE 8:30AM and 9:30AM ONLY. WE WILL BE CLOSING AT 11AM.

10 PVC good mornings
10 standing windmills
10 groiners

Group warm-up
5 lunge to hamstring stretch
10 leg swings
:30 couch stretch
10 lunges w/rotation
20 monster walks
10 Paloff press each side

A. Strength
4 Sets:
Back rack alternating reverse lunges x 8 reps each leg
Right side plank x :45
Left side plank x :45
-rest 2 minutes-

B. Conditioning
Three rounds for time of:
30 double unders
20 Burpees
10 Box Jump-Overs 24/20
